Specialist Movement Support
Specialist Exercise & Mentoring for Neurodiverse Young People
Calm, structured support for children and teenagers with autism, ADHD, anxiety, coordination challenges, sensory processing differences, and additional needs.
Specialist Approach
A calm, premium experience for a highly specialist service.
Kevin’s work supports more than physical fitness. His sessions are designed to help young people build confidence, develop movement skills, improve emotional regulation, and feel more comfortable taking part in exercise.
Clear parent journey
Parents can quickly understand who Kevin helps, what the sessions focus on, and how to take the first step without feeling overwhelmed.
Trust-led presentation
Qualifications, testimonials, support areas, and session details are presented clearly to build confidence before a family makes contact.
Motion, emotion, and confidence
The link between movement, behaviour, and wellbeing.
Since 2019, Kevin has delivered bespoke exercise sessions across Central London and internationally, supporting neurodiverse children and young people aged 5 to 20+.
Every programme is individually tailored to help children and teenagers with additional needs build confidence, develop physical skills, and discover activities where they can succeed and feel comfortable.
Sessions are thoughtfully structured to encourage positive participation in sport and movement, providing a supportive environment where young people can grow without fear of exclusion or overwhelm.
Development-Focused Method
Not ordinary personal training. A structured support pathway.
Exercise can support attention, concentration, organisational skills, emotional regulation, strength, balance, coordination, and self-belief when it is adapted to the young person’s needs.
Tailored Sessions
Sessions adapt to each child’s confidence, needs, ability level, attention span, and emotional readiness.
Confidence Building
The experience helps young people feel more capable, included, motivated, and proud of their progress.
Emotional Regulation
Movement is used to support focus, energy release, self-awareness, routine, and calmer behaviour.
Parent Reassurance
Clear credentials, reviews, and contact steps make it easier for families to take the first step.
Support Areas
Clear service categories for parents, schools, and professionals.
